Citadines Sudirman Jakarta

I was undecided between booking this or the Ritz Carlton, and I’m glad I chose Citadines. I had a spacious 2-bedroom apartment with a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a laundry machine, and breakfast included (simple but efficient). Free unlimited water was also a great perk. I stayed for 5 days in what felt like a fancy serviced apartment, offering more amenities than a standard hotel — and without the constant staff hovering around. It gave me both comfort and privacy, which I really appreciated.

Amazing location. It is value for money. Very nice and clean apartment. Amazing pool with an amazing view. The staff is very friendly and helpfully. I want to personally thank one of the security staff. He did walk with me to the ATM machine on our arrival day. We were hungry but all the restaurants were closed. After collecting the money we went to a local food stand and bought Nasi Goreng. The security guard supported with the order and afterwards guided me back home to the apartment. Lovely staff and amazing and save location in Jakarta. We would recommend this hotel.

I like that the hotel supports sustainability. As a person who agrees with UN upcoming trends to 2030 programme and its plans i feel we all should do our part in the world movement to sustain our earth.

The staff - very welcoming, polite and helpful, every single of them is so nice! Coffee machine in lobby - Free caffeine supply! Good news for caffeine lover like me. The room - quite spacious considering I am travelling alone. Love that there is a water dispenser right in the room. I love the lighting too, I prefer brighter room as I get dizzy if room is too dimmed.

Location was great, staff members amazingly kind and supportive, very nicely equipped with good touch on details, sense of importance and dedication on sustainable way of running the business. It was very nice, clean and neat. I want also to highlight how beautifully service minded people are working there. Thank you Billy and many more people whose name I did not catch! You made our stay memorable and enjoyable with your care and support.
